We prefer to use a hot water machine (adjustable up to 210 degrees) to accomplish the necessary task without having to use dangerously high pressures. Excessively high pressures can cause a multitude of problems. Driving water deep into machinery, wood or concrete can all cause major problems. Permanent scaring of many surfaces is possible with excessive pressures. These excessive pressures can disrupt seals on machinery, blow shingles off of houses and even break windows. All these problems are greatly reduced by using lower pressures (1200 Ibs.) and hot water with the proper cleaning detergents. We keep our equipment new and operating at it's highest level of efficiency with regular tune ups. Our staff is kept up to date with the latest procedures and chemicals available to us.
